Who: Interviewee #1 was a student that recently got her GED and currently satisfied with her full-time job at a retail store. This person doesn't have a need for a folder machine because of all the free time they have, unless they want to spend extra money to have another machine in their living space.  Interviewee #2 was a single mom of two and is currently working two jobs to pay the bills. Although she could use the little extra free-time she would have by using the folder machine, she states that it is currently not in her budget to buy another machine to put in her laundry room. Interviewee #3 was a college student living in off-campus in an apartment. He came up with a good point that most apartments don't come with enough space to have another machine in the laundry closet. The opportunity that I found was finding a way to make a person living a busy lifestyle, just a little easier by giving them one less task they have to do. Coming up with a product or service for this opportunity was hard because we already have things like uber eats, microwaveable foods or Walmart pick-up to give us food fast. There also already exist personal assistants that help you run your errands when you don't have time. The product that I ended up coming up with was a folder machine. What is this exactly? Just like we have a washer and dryer to obviously wash and dry our clothes, I came up with a folder, to fold and iron out clothes. This way we always have ironed out clothes, so that we look presentable and we don't have to spend extra time folding.
